What type of shipping do you offer?

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

How long will my order take to ship?

Since all planners are custom printed, please allow for orders to take up to 3 business days before shipping.

What size are the planners?

The size of the planners are 39 x 19 inches in size.

What are the planners made of?

Our planners are printed on a Premium, Semi-Gloss Photo Paper. Colors appear bright and vivid, and it is perfectly suited to being written on.

What is a special event?

A special event is having some specific text printed on a day in the planner. For example, you can have a birthday or anniversary printed on the planner.

What does "Fade the days outside your selected range" mean?

By default, each planner spans 365 days. For example, if you select the start date of your planner to be the 10th of February, the first 9 days in the row of February will be faded.

If you uncheck this box, no days will be faded.
